Introduction of hammer stone crusher machine
hammer crusher is widely used for crushing stone, potassium feldspar, coal, salt, bricks , gypsum, detritus and
other kinds of stone and no-metallic materials. The compressive strength of raw material can not be over 100Mpa,
the moisture content of the raw material face must be less than 15%. The hammer crusher for coal can be used in
crushing production line and sand-making production line, it also can replace cone crusher in the beneficiation production line.
Working principle of stone crusher machine
The motor drives the rotor rotates of the coal gangue hammer crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on
the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed
by the rotating hammers of the coal gangue hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are
crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size
products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the coal gangue hammer crusher for being
re-crusher until they reached the required size.
