Introduction of hammer charcoal powder making machine
hammer crusher is widely used for crushing stone, coal, wood charcoal, cocconut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, bricks and other kinds of stone and no-metallic materials. The compressive strength of raw material can not be over 100Mpa,the moisture content of the raw material face must be less than 15%.
Working principle of hammer charcoal powder making machine
The motor drives the rotor rotates of the hammer crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on
the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed
by the rotating hammers of the coal gangue hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are
crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size
products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being
re-crusher until they reached the required size.
Main parameter of charcoal powder making machine
Note: The output size of the crushed materials are decided by the screen holes which is changeble between 0-20mm according to clients need.
