Main application
CNGFS filling,nitrogen filling and stoppering machine can be used for glucose,antibiotics and other fluids at filling,nitrogen filling and stoppering in room temperature and high temperature,it can also be used for filling,nitrogen filling and stoppering for amino acids,fat emulsion,oral liquid,nutrition liquid and biological agents.
Performance Characteristics
1.The filling parts adopts the Germany GEMU valve filling,high accurate,can achieve no bottle no filling.
2.During filling process,no mandatory friction of mechanical parts,not produce particulate pollution,in line with GMP requirements.
3.Adopts the quick equipped filling head design,the filling heads is easy in disassembly and assembly(Only need to loose the two M6 bolts )
4.Use sensitive level gauge in the filling barrel,and make the level gauge away from the liquid inlet,to ensure the inlet tube when no effect on the level gauge when filling liquid.The rotation speed of the machine is low,running smooth and stable,thus ensuring smooth liquid level in the filling barrel and ensures the stability of the filling pressure;
5.Easy operation,all settings can be set directly from man-machine interface.Electronic control system adopts advanced PLC technology and microcomputer tuner to adjust speed.Start and stop smooth,easy for changing specification parts.
6.With the CIP/SIP units,easy for cleaning and adjustments,after filling can thoroughly do the cleaning and disinfecting work.
7.By vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning,only when the stoppers is in the accurate place it can go to the stoppering station,high qualified rate.
8.Screw of bottle adopts mobile structure,can easily replace different screws by only removing and installing 2 M8 × 25 bolts,easy to switch among infusion bottles of different specifications.
9.Fill nitrogen immediately after filling,and stopper the corks immediately after filling nitrogen,reducing possible pollution caused by long-distance delivery.
10.There is nitrogen protection in the delivering dial wheel between the wheel of the nitrogen filling and the wheel of the stoppering station.The nitrogen filling adopts the insert bottle filling methods;maximum ensures residual oxygen of the nitrogen filling products.
