Main application
Ultrasonic rough washing machine is mainly applied for the rough cleaning for the glass IV solution bottle of 50ml,100ml,250ml,500ml etc.And can be used for the similar bottle cleaning.
Performance Characteristics
1.Compact structure,small occupied space.
2.Conveyor is on the side of equipment,easy to maintain and repair.
3.Ultrasonic washing avoids dead spot caused by hairbrush or pieces of bottleneck. For the protection of ultrasonic generator, the device will not start if water level below min. standards and automatically shutdown.
4. It adopts crawler to carry bottles, using a long time to empty bottle after charging distilled water, ensuring cleanness and no dead points or residual water left in bottles. 5. Rough washing adopts the box type ultrasonic bottle washing, thoroughly overcoming the brush hair slipping, bottles broken, dead area etc. Moreover, the bottle stays in ultrasonic water for a long time, can reach the requirements of thorough degreasing and decontamination. Good cleaning effect and the low bottle breakage rate.
5.It adopts frequency conversion regulation.
6.Use the new structure, the bottle enters and exit in the same direction, the structure is more simple. Moreover, the glass bottle soaking in the ultrasonic water longer and the water pouring time after the rinsing is also increases.
7. Bottle enters adopts the combination of bottle hook and the guide plate, makes the bottle enter more reliable and without the bottle collapse and reversed.
8. The rough cleaning bottle exit adopts the twice bottle receiving technology, ensures there is no bottle collapse and broken when bottle exit. Ensures the stability of the production line.
