Introduction of Sliced Almond Processing Line

Take care and treatment in patients with cough, etc. Following the rising demand on many snacks manufacturers, confectionary within the country and oversea market, most of local peanut manufacturers begin to deep processing, hence to increase their competitiveness on international market.
Processing purpose: Almond roasting & sliced production line begins from raw almod through destoning, roasting, split blanching, sorting, slicing and packing, sliced almonds are packed in bulk for sell.
Sliced Almond Processing Line contains below steps:
1.Fist use almond blanching machine make the peanut kernel with skin become loose, then transfer the almond to wet peeling machine, some blades inside of wet peeling machine, soalmond skin pricked by the blade.
2. Next the almond will be clamped and be extruded, thenalmond kernel and red skin be separate. The almond kernel be transported to dryer, the red skin be collected. The peeled almond be transport to steam soften machine, this process will make the almond of inside and outside water content evenly.
3.Out from steam soften machine, almond be transported to peanut slicer by bucket conveyor, then it be sliced by almond slicer. Then sliced almond be sent to dryer by swing feeding belt .
4.When the sliced almond into the dryer, they will need few minute to loss water.Then they will need screen,because the sliced almond have some very small part, it need to separating from it.Then the good sliced almond will packed become the products to sell.
