application of ZSG linear vibrating screen
The vibrating equipment is used to separate materials. The linear vibrating screen produced by Hongxing Machinery is new type of highly efficient screen equipment which is widely used in many industries such as mine, coal, metallurgy, building material, refractory, light industry and chemistry. Linear vibrating screen has many advantages such as stable and reliable working condition, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration and high screening efficiency.
Working principle of ZSG linear vibrating screen
When ZSG series linear vibrating screen works, the two electrical machines run synchronously in opposite direction to make the exciter produce reverse exciting force which forces the screen to drive the screen net to move vertically, and the materials on the vibrating screen will be periodically thrown and cast forward, thus completing the material screening process.
