2.Zinc Ash Separator Working Principle:
Zinc Ash into the host, after grinding, kneading, beating (mechanical force and the centrifugal force) inside the host, divided into three types of material: zinc oxide, zinc particles, impurities, due to the different of physical properties, zinc particles shape changed, but the quality not, directly discharge from the bottom of machine, or directly into the furnace smelting into zinc ingots, Zinc oxide and impurity is removed after stress form into fine powder, fine powder is collected in the powder collector. The gas is discharged into the dust collector, filtering through the filter, the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
