1.Equipment Overview
1)Mainly suitable for transformers, reactors, voltage regulators and other electrical equipment manufacturing countries coil crimping process . In particular, the beginning of a rectangular coil and core transformer elliptical coil crimping shaping.
2)The device uses a thick highquality steel welding, annealing heat treatment to eliminate deformation stress , resulting in structural stability sturdiness. And similar use of the hands and feet linkage operation , overvoltage protection, limit protection lights security measures to ensure the safe and reliable.
3)The hydraulic system adopts integrated modules , compact structure , reliable sensitive action , low noise , strong power .
4)The equipment is simple , low labor intensity . Controlling the motion of all the press , are concentrated in a process cartridge in the panel. Special operations down the pressure mounted , the hands must press two buttons , one-handed operation to combat accidents and ensure safety.
