1Hot log shear
Complete with 4 auxiliary cylinders.
Sliding pair are made of cooper bar, and equip with lubrication pump.
2The furnace
Structure: profile steel joint welding structure.
Lining: Thick aluminum silicate insulation materials.
Hearth: 304SS steel and SS steel frame, screws fasten.
Aluminum log turning: Pneumatic turning over system, ensure a automatic and stable operation.
3Log shifting stand: incline sliding.
Driving system: cyclonical needle reducing motor, chain wheel and chains, stable and smoothly.
Air cooling system: centrifugal fan and air channels for shaft and shaft bearings cooling.
Door: Pneumatic up/down.
Sight window: Two sight windows locate at the side of the furnace, also for maintenance.
4 Burning room
Operation: hot air circulation .
Structure: The burner is fixed outside the burning room; the door is controlled by pneumatic.
High temperature air fan: SS steel centrifugal circulation fans.
Burner: BALTUR, made in Italy.
5 Storage stand
The storage stand will be installed on side of the furnace.
With firm structure and handsome appearances.
Aluminum log turning: Pneumatic mechanical hands with electrical control, automatic log delivery.
Driving system: cycloidal needle motor, chain wheel and chains, stable and smoothly.
Log return stand: The logs can return from the furnace automatically.
6 Hydraulic system
Vane pump: made in China.
Valves: made in Taiwan.
Strainer: easy for maintainence.
Pipeline: hydraulic seamless pipe+high pressure soft pipe.
complete with 9 sets of pneumatic cylinders.
7 Control System
PLC: Mitsubishi.
Temperature control: display the termperature of the heating zones, and automaticly controlled by the PLC.
8 Billet loader & Acetylene burner
Complete auto bilet loader for the furnace
And release agent to prevent sticking.
