DHM50 Single Worktable Horizontal Machining Center


The structure  of the machine frame is been FEM analyzed by ANSYS system to guarantee high stability  under high speed and high precision machining.A deformation testing is simulated under loading simulation to ensure the rigidity and have excellent bending resistance.
Dawei DHM series is suitable for heavy cutting horizontal machining center in design of X axis guide rail with large span section difference，make the spindle and the back supporting rail distance closer，in order to increase the column rigidity，and fully meet customer demand of milling.

Design For Quality

Base X axis present multistep, the distance between spindle and back support rail is closer, to ensure the stability of the machining accuracy; Column span large, whole machine rigid structure is more stable.

DHM-50 column is thicker, thickness increases 20% than other manufacturers, and rigidity is more steady.

DHM-50 base Z axis anchor support distance is wider, increasing 40%, and have stronger rigidity.

Workbench bearing surface is bigger, and more rigid.

DHM-50 using R55 linear roller guide rail, the other manufacturer use R45 or 50, so the line rail is larger, rigid structure and machine precision are more stable.

DHM-50 screw are all hollow oil cooled screw, to avoid the screw produces a large amount of heat in the process of movement, deterioration in accuracy of screw.
