Use:
The nonmetallic flexible compensator can compensate axial, transverse and angular orientation, without thrust force, simplified support design, anti-corrosive, high temperature resistance , the noise elimination ant vibration and so on, specially suitable for the air-blast connection pipe and the mist and dust pipeline

Nonmetallic Flexible Compensator Types:
1. Straight Type

4. Square Type
Structure: non-metallic materials constitute the main body of the elastic component, usually fabric. Therefore, it is also called fabric compensator.
Characteristics:
1. Heat expansion compensation: It can compensate multi-directions; surpass the metal compensator which can only unitarily compensate
2. Installation error of compensation: In pipeline connection process, the system error is unavoidable; the fiber compensator is a good compensation for the installation error.
3. Noise elimination and antivibration: The fiber fabric and the heat preservation cotton body have the sound absorption and separating the vibration transmission function, which can reduce systems boiler and air blower noises and vibrates effectively.
4. No reverse thrust: Because the main material is the fiber fabric, which is incapable of transmission. It may simplify the design with the fiber compensator, avoid using big support and saving massive materials and labor force.
5. Good thermostable, inoxidizability: Select fluorine plastic and organosilicon material which have good thermostable and the anti-corrosive property
6. Good sealing property: It has perfect production assembly system, the fiber compensator makes that there is no revelation.
7. The body is light, the structure is simple, the installment service is convenient.
8. The price is lower than the metal compensator, the quality is better than the imported product. The price is 1/2--1/5 of the imported products.
