Introduction:
Clay brick making machine, also named double stage vacuum extruder, is suitable for producing all kinds of howllow bricks, cell bricks and solid bricks with clay, shale, coal gangue, as well as slag etc as its raw materials.
Characteristics:
Vacuum extruder is with many advantages, such as reasonable design, compact structure, steady running, easy operation, low consumption and so on. The spiral reamer adopt wear-resistance metal spray painting technology; the upper stage mixing shaft, the reamer shaft, and the body of the machine are all passed the aging, quenching and tempering process; The reducer gearwheel adopts the spiral pressure plate patent technology on the clutch largely prolonged the service time of the machine.
