----The equipments have one year guarantee period. If any part has the quality issue during this period, we will change on our payment.
----We supply free spare parts for one year use when the equipment exits the factory. This is to prepare the equipment to facilitate the replacement.
----2sets of 24hours after-sale service hot line is ready to reply any question from the customer called any time.
----Network after-sale service is available too. Through the instant network connect we supply customers the video& voice presentation and the literal interpretation.
----Technical information will exit the factory together with the equipment, including installation and maintenance manual, installation video, etc.
----Finally, if you need, we shall send one technician to the site to provide guidance on installation and debugging and the training of operators.
