1. The equipments have one year guarantee period. If there is quality problem with any component during this period, we will change it free for you.

2. Spare partsfor one year usage will be provided freely.

3. After-sale service hot line will be on service for 24 hours.

4. Online servicesare available during our work hours. The solution will be shown to you by online video demonstration.

5. Technical information, including manual of installation and maintenance, installation video, are enclosed.

Charge:

1. If you need the technician go to your place to provide guidance on installation and debugging and training of operators, the expense of the technician will be paid by you, including the technician’s round-trip international air tickets, visa application fees, personal insurance, board and lodging expenses.

2. The first 10 days for the service mentioned above are free. If it exceeds 10 days, the customer should pay each technician 50USD/day.
