It adopts hydraulic motor drive and PLC computer-controlled to fix length of die cutting.

Material: GCr12 with quenched treatment 60-62ºC
(3) Hydraulic System Match equipment:
Electro motor, a set of hydraulic tank, a set of hydraulic oil pump, and electromagnetic valve.

(4) Control System:
It adopts PLC control system, Color Touch Screen; the target length can be adjusted by it.
Computed mode: automatic or manual
(5) Encoder: The counter gauges length, and modulates pulses.
(6) Simple Stack: It is used for loading the formed plate.
Sales Terms
1.Terms of payment: T/T, 30% T/T should be paid as advanced deposit, 70% T/T before shipment.
2.Delivery time: within 60 workdays after receipt of the deposit.
3.Installation: Buyer will be born for round traveling expense, accommodation, safety, and interpreter of technicians, and pay 150 USD/day/person, then seller will dispatch technician for guide installation and give training to buyer's workers.
4. Guarantee:12 months guarantee. If some part of the machine is broken. We will supply the best part, but your side should shipped.
5. Package: naked with simple plastic films.
