OUR CONCEPT/PRINCIPLE OF BUSINESS IS TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY AND MACHINERY EQUAL OR BETTER THAN EUROPEAN AT ECONOMICAL PRICES.
Neither we represent any Chinese company nor we use any Chinese parts for manufacturing of machinery.
We take up AAC and other building material projects from concept to commissioning which includes detailed engineering (Civil, mechanical, electricals, automation and utilities), machinery selection and manufacturing, erection of total machinery and commissioning. We are executing the following projects in India and abroad
1. 1000 m3/day plant expandable to 1450 with sand and fly ash near Chennai, India.
Ready for operation
2. 500 m3/day plant expandable to 750 with fly ash near Raipur, Chattisgarh, India.
Plant is in Operation.
3. 500 m3/day plant expandable to 750 with fly ash near Guntur, A.P, India
Plant is in operation.
4. 300 m3/day plant with fly ash near Khammam, Telangana, India.
Plant is in operation
5. 200 m3/day plant expandable to 300 with fly ash near, Nagpur, India
Plant is in operation.
6. 380 m3/day plant with fly ash near Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Ready for operation
7. Modernisation with our technology and expansion of a running plant from 300 m3/day to 960 in Industrial City, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia
8. orders in execution, 775 cubic meters/day capacity using silica sand, another order for 1500 cubic meter/day and another order for a 500 cubic meters/day AAC plant along with 10 TPH Ready Dry Mix Mortar Plant and a Brick/Blocks/Pavers Plant.
We have studied all types of AAC plants supplied by Chinese/European manufacturers and have incorporated several improvements and innovations based on our experience of operating cement/fly ash solid bricks/blocks/hollow blocks/pavers plants with modern automation systems.
We are using superior quality components in all the key machinery manufacturing apart from maintaining quality manufacturing techniques/specifications apart from maintaining highest standards in design engineering of all the machinery from a bolt to critical machines.
We request you to visit us to understand our capabilities and quality of machinery being manufactured by us. On your inspection, we are sure you will agree that our concepts and the quality standards being maintained by us are comparable to European and not with Chinese.
We give below an approximate estimate for the project cost for a 138/207 m3/day plant:
Rs.5.25 crores for Plant & Machinery + 12.5% Excise Duty (which can be set off after production) + 2%CST + Rs.0.5 crores for Civil Works (shed, foundations, etc., ) + 2 acres land + working capital (generally equivalent to 1/2 week production) for Phase I with a capacity of 138 cubic meters/day.
Rs.1.25 crores for Plant & Machinery + Taxes for expansion to 207 cubic meters/day in Phase II. All Civil Works will be comleted in Phase I
Input costs are approximately as under:
Density of blocks: 600 kg/m3
Fly Ash: 70-75% = 420-450 kg/m3
Lime: 7-8% = 48-60 kg/m3 (To be obtained from Rajasthan)
Cement: 15-18% = 90-108 kg/m3
Gypsum 2-2.5% = 12-15 kg/m3
Aluminum powder = 0.4-0.5 kg/m3 AAC(Cost about Rs.180-200 per kg)
Power 15 kwh/m3
Boiler fuel: 40 kg coal/m3 or equivalent alternate fuel like firewood or rice husk
Consummables: Rs.50 lumpsum
Employee cost: 40 skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled/executives (approximately Rs.10000-12000 per employee per month)
Based on the above, you may work out the cost of production and other costs like interest on loans, administrative and selling expenses, etc.,
