Spiral Classifier Details:
1.In order to match the drum feeder of the ball mill, a sand scraper is installed, which makes the ore pulp flow from the side to the drum feeder of the ball mill.
2.Some models of classifier adopt rolling bearing instead of the original sliding bearing, which reduces the frictional resistance and avoids the frequent replacement and maintenance of bearing. In addition, the ZQ or ZL reducer is used for reducing the time of installation and maintenance.
3.The lubrication parts have been improved and the large-size products equipped with grease pumps to make the lubrication reliable.
Spiral Classifier Remarks:
1.While placing order, please specify the type, quantity, especially the spiral direction of classifier.
2.In order to be good matching with relevant ball mills, the lengthened type of classifier(lengthening the sand return zone, lengthening the settling zone) can be designed and made according to customer demands, and the length should be indicated.
3.This classifier has several revolutions, if there is no special requirement, the normal rotate speed classifier will be provided.

FX Hydrocyclone Details:
Hydrocyclone is a kind of equipment used for grading the ore pulp by using centrifugal force. Lacking of motion and power unit, it needs to match with relevant slime pump. It is mainly used in ore dressing industries for grading, separating, concentrating and desliming.
Hydrocyclone shows the features such as low equipment cost, easy assembling and disassembling, convenient maintenance, less area covers and low cost of construction. In addition, there are some other advantages like large capacity of unit volume, treatment, fine separation size, high grading efficiency, the time and quantity of the ore pulp that staying in the cyclone is short and small. Therefore, it’s easy to operate when it stops working.
FX Hydrocyclone Remarks:
1.The non-standard hydrocyclone could be carried out according to the user’s requirements.
2.Normally, if there is no special requirement, the material of hydrocyclone is gray casting.
3.Other materials are available for customers to choose: polyurethane, steel shell lined polyurethane, wear-resistant rubber, KM composites, silicon carbide, high alumina ceramic, high chrome alloy and other materials, please indicate it when placing order.
