Spiral classifier is widely used in mineral processing and forms one closed circulation with grinding equipments.It is applied for the pre-classification, fine-grained mineral mud off, dehydration, washing, grading and so on. It can efficiently control mineral particle size, improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the over-crusher phenomenon.Spiral classifier is widely used for mineral processing plant with closed cycle process using ball mill split mineral sand,or used in gravity concentrator to grade ore and fine mud,grading the ore pulp in metal ore dressing process,and desliming,dehydration and washing operations.The classifier has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work, convenient operation etc.
Working principle:
Spiral classifier is with the help of different sizes of solid particle, different proportion,the principle is different settling velocity in liquid,fine mineral particles floating in the water overflows,coarse particles sink into the bottom.discharging from the upper by the screw,it is a mineral separator to carry out the mechanical grading materials,it can filter the powder by the ball mill grinded,and then coarse material using spiral vane rotary mill feed inlet,discharge the fine materials from the overflow pipe.The base of the machine adopts channel,the machine body adopts the welded steel plate.The water head,head,using iron set of durable of screw shaft,lifting device is divided into electric and manual.
