Fluorite Ore Beneficiation Line Hydrocyclone
The structure and working principle of the cyclone desander is the same as cyclone desilter,it’s known as hydro
cyclone.The cyclone is a conical vessel with a cylindrical part.The inner conical part called liquid chamber.The
liquid inlet pipe located in the cone outer,the tangent direction of involute are interlinked with liquid chamber.
The top of the container is the overflow port and the bottom is the underflow(also called discharging port).
A hollow circular pipe reached into the liquid chamber along the axis top of the cyclone,the circular pipe is
called the overflow pipe,also called cyclone directional device.The overflow channel formed in inside,in order
to discharge slurry.The dimension of the cyclone is decided by the max inner diameter of the cone.
1.The non-standard hydrocyclone could be carried out according to the user’s requirements.
2.Normally, if there is no special requirement, the material of hydrocyclone is gray casting.
3.Other materials are available for customers to choose: polyurethane, steel shell lined polyurethane, wear
resistant rubber, KM composites, silicon carbide, high alumina ceramic, high chrome alloy and other materials,
please indicate it when placing order.
