Jaw gravel stone crusher is used in primary crushing of materials. Jaw Crusher Decription:
This series of jaw crusher have features of big crushing ratio,uniform product size,simple structure,reliable work,easy maintenance and low cost. It is widely used in stone mining, metallurgy industry,building material,highway,water conservancy and chemical industries. Various material with compression resistance less than 320MPa can be crushed.
Jaw crusher is mainly used in the industries of metallurgy, mining chemical,cement,construction,refractory materials and ceramics,suitable to crush hard and soft ores with compressive strength less than 320MPa. This machine can break materials into medium size and fine size.
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 320Mpa, suitable for primary crush.Jaw Crusher can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railway building, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Dingbo Machinery Crusher Structure:
A. Jaw Stock : Heavy duty cast Iron to hold the Swinging Jaw.
B. Swinging Jaw: Made of manganese Steel. They are replaceable and can be used both ways.
C. Cheek Plates: Are for holding in fixed jaw and they also protect the body.
D. Fixed Jaw: Are also made of manganese steel.
E. Tie Bar: For holding Jaw stock.
F. Toggle plates: To impart rolling motion to the Jaw Stock.
G. Fly Wheel: Made of heavy duty cast Iron to give momentum to crusher.
H. Bearing: Double row self aligning roller/Ball bearing fitted in Jaw stocks & main shaft in dust proof housings.
I. Control Lever: To adjust the opning of Jaws.
Jaw Crusher Working Principle:
Jaw crusher’s working type is of moving and squeezing. The working principle is as follows: jaw crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor’s wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the material in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be discharged through the discharging opening.
Jaw crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, connecting bar, adjustment part and spring. The movable jaw goes upward and downward through eccentric shaft when belt and belt wheel are driven by the motor. The angle between movable jaw and bracket turns big when the movable jaw goes upward, which pushes the movable jaw plate to come close to fixed jaw plate. At the same time, materials are crushed with the movement of the movable jaw.
When the movable jaw goes downward, the angle between movable jaw and bracket turns small. Under the force of spring and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate leaves fixed jaw plate, and the crushed materials with qualified size are discharged from the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw crushers and discharges materials, in turn, realizes the goal of mass production.
