NobilStar Ultra Alloy is a premium cobalt-chromium formulation for partial denture frameworks. This alloy starts with a nickel-free formula and the ultra-pure raw materials are melted and cast using a continuous-casting method that gradually draws the metal out of the furnace. We carefully cut and polish each ingot. Then our unique stamping operation presses a "U" in the end of each ingot so that you know it is a genuine Nobilium product. NobilStar Ultra is available in multiple package sizes and features an elongation rate of 13%, giving the alloy exceptional elasticity to fit over undercuts which allow for a comfortable but secure fit.
