Product Introduce of Flotation Machine :
The flotation machine is mainly composed of pulp chute, mixing device, air charging system, mineralized froth discharging device and electric motor. It is used for the selection of talcum etc. Besides, Stat, and also for roughing and selecting of the ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic mineral. It is also widely used in water purification. Therefore, the flotation machine is the most anticipated device in flotation, ore processing production. It is more efficient and more economy compared with the other device.

Working Principle of Flotation Machine:
1. The impeller of flotation machine for copper ore is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure.
2. While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, the machine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to form mineralized froth.
3. By adjusting the height of the flash board to control the liquid level, the useful froth can be scraped from the loam board.
4. The height of the strobe must be adjusted carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder.
5. The impellers and stators should be kept at a distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.

Packaging:
Flotation machine body is in Standard containers,or in bulks, motors and small parts are packed in wooden cases.
Payment Term:
1. T/T and LC is usually used.
2. 30% T/T in advanced, and balance to be paid before delivery.
3. Take pictures or video in process and finish product before delivery to approval.
Transportation:
1. Export Port is Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai BY SEA.
2. If no request appoint port, we usally export from Qingdao Port.
