a.Decoiler: It is a single head hydraulic decoiler. With its maximum load of 2000KG and width of 400mm.
The working of decoiler is following the forming machine, manual enlarging and reducing.The material feeding speed is controled by brake device.
b. Forming part: it is composed of feeding guide board, Forming machine, straightening device.
1)Feeding guide plate:it is used to fix the left-or-right position of the material.If the size of product after processing is not up to requirement,operators can adjust it.
2)Forming Machine: It is used to form materials into product in required shape and size. it is composed of roller, The roller in fixed type and can be up-and-down adjusted. The forming part running: drive by motor, speed-down by reducer, transmission by chain and gear.
3)Straightening device: it is composed of 2 upper rollers and 3 lower rollers. It is installed in the back of the machine.
c. Cutting device: Hydraulic station: supply hydraulic oil for the cutting device, it is composed of cylinder, cutting mould, mould frame.
d. Electronic control box: It is used for central control of the forming part, PLC control and dialogue interface.
