EPE foam sheet bonding machine(FC-2000):
FC EPE foam sheet bonding machine(FC-2000)is essential special equipment for deep processing. It is used to bond double or multi-layer when the thickness of once forming sheet is insufficient. The thickness after processing can reach 4-100mm thus expand the applied range of PE foam sheet.
EPE foam sheet bonding machine(FC-2000) is based on air as heat transfer medium and use high-temperature wind to bond two pieces of PE foam sheets by extruding to make the foam sheets compound thickening. After bonding, the strength and thickness of foam sheet can be improved. The bonded product is widely used in electronic products packaging, building inner layer, sound insulation and thermal insulation etc.
EPE Foam Sheet is a new type of packing material also named as pearl cotton is an ideal substitute of traditional packing material for many advantages including dampproof, shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation and high plasticity. As a new type packing material it is widely used in the packing of electronic product, commodity, glass, ceramic, household apparatus, spraying, furniture, hardware product and toy.
