VLV , this power cabe its full name is Aluminum core PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable.
Storage & Transportation:
This power cable, you should avoid prolorged outdoor packing specifications sun exposure, reliable seal both ends of the head.
Can not storage in humid environment long-term.
Can not lie flat the cable tray.
Consider the fixed plate high and effective when transport, and musn't lifting several dishes in the same time, strictly prohibit pushed down from above/height.
Laying Insulation:
When laying the cable, should use special tools, for example, line planes, guide rollers,etc. To prevent mechanical damage during laying, away from heat. When the cable through pipe laying, pipe diameter not less than 1.5 times with the cable diameter, prohibit cable extrusion multiple cables through the tube, the total area of the cable doesn't exceed 40% of the total area of the tube.
Features:
There are two typies：
A. Retardant series, oxygen Index of 30 or above. The feature code "ZR". When fire, this cable has a good retardant performance. In the laboratory, after withdrawal the fire source, it can naturally extinguished within 55 seconds.
B. Halogen series, or called low smoke and toxic. This cable ,it's no halogen in its insulation and jacket, feature code "WD".During low density, when fire, it's no toxic gases, it's good for rescue.
