A: Send us the inquiry or chat with us if you have any questions before order, we will reply you in details ASAP, then, we will issue the PI according to your specific requirement. The goods will be sent out to you upon getting full payment.

Q: Can I place a sample order?

A: Of course, sample order is welcome for checking product functionality and quality. There is no MOQ requirement for sample order.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Yes, the MOQ of general order is 10 sets, OEM order is 2000 sets.

Q: Is shipping for free?

A: No, the shipment fee needs to be paid by buyers, and it is determined by weight and shipment method.

Q: Which payments are acceptable?

A: T/T, Paypal and Western Union, there is an extra 5% handling charge if Paypal choosen.

Q: Which shipping methods are available?
