Main function:
The series of 3D laser subsurface engraving machine are applied to engrave 2D, 3D images or individual figures in crystal, glass, acrylic and other transparent products. It can also work for mass production of 2D, 3D animals & plants, architectures, models such as car, boat, airplane and other 3D scene show.
Features:
1. Adopt the advanced galvanometer scanner technology together with 2KHz/3KHz diode-pumped YAG frequency doubling laser with faster engraving speed, the laser point is more thin and bright, the image also will be more elaborate and lively.
2. The key parts of machines mainly come from Germany and the USA. It is more reasonable and stable for long-term working.
3. Be installed the self-developed software, and can engrave 3D portrait lively together with using 3D camera or 2D-3D conversion software.
4. The standard engraving range of machine can be made as 100x100, 200x300, 300x300 and 450x450mm.
5. The machine is suitable for individual production and batch fast process. Only one machine can be satisfied with capacity for both storefronts network distribution and electric-business distribution.

(1) Warranty and Service included:

b. Software: Lifelong on update for free;
c. Diode: 3 years;
d. Maintenance and technological support: whole life.
(2) Training:
a. 3--5 days free training for the whole system in Seller’s company.
b. If customer needs our technician give the training abroad, the Customer need charge for accommodation fees of engineer, the other fees such as traveling expenses are all on our account.
Including: how to set up the equipment;
how to debug the light route;
how to use the software and operate the equipment;
how to replace the bad material and spare parts, etc;
how to maintenance the equipment;
how to estimate and settle the problem, and analysis the reason.
