- 1. Brief Introduction
The machine converts electric power to electromagnetism oscillation and generates vibration on the vibrating hopper (see D1).
This machine vibrates and feeds the product into other equipment such as the Bucket Elevator and Acclivitous Conveyor. All contact parts are made of SUS304, hygienic and safe for food. It can start and stop feeding automatically with the help of control circuit and level sensors.
- 2. Application
The machine is applicable for feeding various product as foodstuff, hard ware, plastic grains, chemicals, etc. It usually cooperates together with the Bucket Elevator, Multi-head Weigher and Packing machine, etc. to form an automatic packing system which is widely used for many sorts of packing industry, especially for food.
