- 1. Brief Introduction
The Bucket Elevator takes product (usually from a Vibrating Feeder) up to a higher level. It takes product in its buckets, convey the buckets vertically up and feed into the target equipment. The bucket elevator has the features of large conveying capacity, high lifting height and so on. This equipment is made of stainless steel and food grade plastic polypropylene (PP) which is hygienic and safe for food. It starts and stops feeding automatically with the help of control circuit and lever sensor.
2. Applications
The bucket elevator is applicable for various solid products, such as foodstuff, hard ware, plastic product, chemicals, etc. It is not suitable for sticky product. It usually cooperates together with the Feeder, Multi-head Weigher and Packing machine, etc. to form an automatic and high efficient packing system which is widely used for many sorts of packing industry, especially for food.
