This steel can be used to produce high temperature high stress, but not by impact load of convex die, die such as horizontal forging machine with the punch,
insert, copper alloy extrusion die, die casting dies, such as anti - extrusion die; but also can be used as a hot metal under high temperature stress of the cutter.
Do the mold steel tungsten containing heat, the steel Mo content increased 2%, adding proper amount of Mn content, improve the high temperature mechanical
properties of steel, to adapt to the need of mass production of aluminum alloy die casting mold. It has high heat resistance, high thermal stability of the steel,
wear resistance and good process performance, working temperature reached 650 degrees centigrade.
