Features of  Slitter scorer:

  • Design width: 2500mm
  • 999 group of orders storage is available, changing order automatically without stopping the line, manual changing order is available too.
  • Just need 3-8seconds for the quick order changing, with the helical cross cutter machine together to achieve qucik order changing without speed down.
  • Automatically follow up the speed of production line, synchronize with the production, also can be implanted into production management system.
  • The CNC control system is composed of imported high quality industrial PC and PLC.
  •  Equipped with three type of scores: concave-convex(3ply), convex-concave(5ply), convex-flat, these 3 type could be electrical converted automatically, as well as the depth of scores.
  • The blades are made of tungsten alloy steel, the lifetime will over 3 million meter.
  • Both automatic self blade sharpening system and manual blade sharpening system are available, and both systems could be operated without stopping the line, which improves the working efficiency.
  • Equipped with imported synchronous belt drive device, which has the advantages of high precision and low noise.
