Features

 

  • Corrugated multi cassette single facer machine
  • Cardboard transmission is achieved by the method of vacuum suction, it equipped with high pressure air blower as well as a muffler, with adjustable of air blowing rate, to keep flute profiles stable under high speed.
  • The main structure and frame are made of cast iron, up to the thickness of 200mm, equipped with independent gear box and cardan drive with submerged lubrication system to avoid noise and run stable.
  • Positive pressure design, low energy lossing, helps the pressure applied uniformly on medium paper and makes it attaches well on the corrugating roll, to get a good flute profile. In the mean time, the top of flute will be much more even and easier to gluing because of the uniform pressure, which is good for the paper laminating.
  • Equipped with 2 group of corrugating rolls, one of main rolls and one of sub rolls, they are made of high quality alloy steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding and tungsten carbide plated.
  • Rapid replacement of corrugating roll between main rolls and sub rolls within 10 minutes, using the trolley load the roll and driven by a hydraulic motor into the machine, and fix on the foundation of the machine, all the operation could be accomplished by press the buttons conveniently.
  • The pressure roll is made of medium carbon steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding and chrome plated, the roll up and down is controlled by cylinder.
  • The corrugating rolls and pressure roll are controlled by high stability hydraulic system, the gap between the rolls are adjusted by electrical. 
  • The shafts of corrugation roll and pressure roll are all heat resisting and lubricated by lubricating grease.
  • The gluing roll is treated with grinding, mesh snicked and chrome plated on the surface, the doctor roll has the same treatment.
  • Moveable glue supply system, it's convenient for the gluing roll cleaning and maintenance.
  • Electrical control glue supplying and gluing width depends on the different size of paperboard, the glue quantity is digital displayed.   
  • The gap between gluing roll and lower corrugated roll is manual micro adjusted by turbine reducer, the parallelism is convenient adjusted by positioning screw and eccentric sleeve.
  • Equipped with spay wetness adjusting device to avoid paper cracking and keep a good flute profile, it's controlled by valves. 
  • The pre-heater is made of seamless steel tube, and connected by flexible metal hose. 
  • The simple operation control system, equipped with converter motor and Taiwan made PLC, as well as color touch screen, which has the function of display running status, function selection, failure indication, parameter setup and so on
