General description:

The robot palletizer is widely used in food, beverage, beer and daily chemical products. It covers small floor space, of large production capacity, fully automatic working. It could handle different boxes. And when there is some change about the production line, just need to modify the software program. Whole processing is full automatically come true under windows interface program system, more than 20000 hours maintenance time space and more than 70000 hours malfunction time space make the robot palletizing system to be perfect in production.

Working program:

The system can do palletizing and carton layer separating same time. The shrink-wrapped packs or carton are conveyed to robot operation area, the robot system will palletize packs on pallet; after one layer’s palletization, the robot will pick one layer separating carton board and fix it between each layer of palletization, then it will go on palletizing.

Motion time: about 9~10seconds/ motion.
