The machine is mainly used for washing/filling/capping Glass bottle juice, Tea drinks and all kinds of energy drink for hot filling.
Only need to change a few spare parts, that can suitable for filling pure water and mineral water.
The material contact part adopts the stainless steel which matches the food sanitary requirement.
Filing valve is one of the key parts; Plunger volumetric valve is specialized for the viscous material filling. The valve is fixed on the filling tank trough the valve plate and pin; The valve has two working position: One is valve shut -liquid in, control shaft drives valves, the plunger moves under the elevation roller, the material is absorbed to the valve cavity through the hole between control loop and tank.
The other is valve open-liquid in, the control shaft drives the control loop under the valve roller, the hole between control loop and tank shut, the liquid d in the plunger cavity is pressed out and is transported to the container below the valve.
The filling volume is adjusted through the elevation roller, the range is 0-100ml.
The material contact part adopts the food sanitary material. While the equipment is non contact filling.
