As an automatic CIP station, all cleaning technique parameters (such as cleaning time, acid/alkali concentration, cleaning solution temperature and cleaning type) can be set on the touch screen. When it needs cleaning, you can set any part which needs to be cleaned on the touch screen. Then choose a cleaning type (three-step or five-step), startup this CIP system and it follows the default programs to act the cleaning automatically. In addition, the acid, alkali and rinse water could be recycled separately.
The CIP equipment is used to clean pipes and containers of filling machinery, such as milk filler, juice filler, beverage filler, etc.
The centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey liquid into pipe and container to force the cleaning agent such as Alkali, lye, hot water to circulate inside to make cleaning without dismantling pipes and containers.
It is featured by high efficiency and labor saving.
