General description
Aluminum/Tin Can filling & sealing machine, it is the integrated filling and sealing equipment for tear-off tin, designed and manufactured on the basis of introducing and digesting and absorbing the filling technology form Switzerland.

Main features:
1. Bottle held transportation, make the line more stable. PLC control with touch screen operation.
2. The filling valve with high-precision mechanical valve, filling speed, high precision level, to achieve: Filling with can, no filling without can. Valve guiding device with can held structure, to ensure maximum stability of the filling; Filling tanks supported by worm gear box down to meet the different height of the pot; Filling tank equipped with liquid level float switch to ensure a smooth.
3. Filling valve flow rate greater than 125ml / s
4. The main drive gear belt transmission and open gear box combination high efficiency and low noise.
5. Main drive adopts frequency stepless speed regulation, PLC computer control; Sealing machine and filling machine is coupling connection, to ensure that two machine running in synchronization.
6. Way of filling the vacuum filling, reducing air contact with the material to improve the speed of filling to prevent leakage
7. Sealing technology uses Swiss (Frerrum) the company's technology.
8. Sealing rollers adopts high hardness alloy steel hardened (HRC> 62), sealing the optical curve grinding curve precision machining, to ensure sealing quality. Bottle guide system can be changed as per the bottle size
9. This machine has a system controlling the cap: Cap falling with can, no can falling without can
10. Equipped with centralized lubrication system.

Installation and commissioning
After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 30-35 days.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
After-sales service
1) After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply one year guarantee, control system one year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price. Within guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked by the seller to operate the equipments and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault clearing in time; if the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone; if relevant measurements couldn't solve the problems, the seller will send the technicians to the buyer factory, clear the fault or relevant technical problems on site, the charges will reference to the installation and debugging charges.
2) After guaranteed, the seller will supply widely favorable technical support, after-sales service for the lifetime: favorable price for the wearing parts and other spare parts.
