Work Principle
Waste paper ,Waste mud through consistency pulper decomposition,include a lot of pulp fiber
and plastic material, through machine dehydration composite moisture content 60% molding
board:paper of slurry storage tank through pulp pump transport pulp well,uniform mixing through
pulp pump transport to head tank,at the same time through water pump add water that adjustment
concentration arrive 0.8~1%,inflow wire groove,through wire section take off water,partite into
the wet mud board. Then through drying,became dry paper board,through calendar machine
further modified flat.(or through hot pressure machine to drying, but this investment is big)
Our sludge board dry have two kinds
- The sun dry the sludge board of product, then use calendar to pressure.
- Use hot pressure machine to dry the sludge board of product,this equipment need boiler.
Compare two kinds price the second is more expensive than the first.
About the paperboard thick our machine can produce 1mm-4mm.
