Main frame of equipments of paper cup paper making machine:
1 Fourdrinier part: The length of fourdrinier part is 8100mm, vacuum couch roll Φ650mm×250mm open style headbox, inner is bordered with stainless steel, drave by two homogenate roll, macromolecule water board, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate, suction box 6 pieces. Roll: none slot roll with rubber covered. Frame: square frame is made of steel.
2 Compression part: Φ400mm×2850mm natural marble stone roller 1 piece, Φ400mm×2850mm rubber roller 1 piece, Φ500mm×2850mm natural marble stone roller 1 piece, Φ400mm×2850mm rubber roller 1 piece, rubber hardness HSD 90°±2.
3 Dryer part: Φ2500mm×2850mm alloy dryer can 2 sets,Φ500mm2850mm touch roll 1 piece. Pneumatic load device, rubber hardness HSD 90°±2, second dryer part is equipped with dryer mesh.
4 Rewinding part: Cylinder type winding machine.
5 Driving and controlling part: Equipped with 350 reducer, motors with AC frequency convertor and adjustable speed, processing transmission.
