Specifications

The advantage of PEM technology as following:
1#: No ionic contamination
2#: Treated water to be sterilized by the ozone gas produced by pure water, thus no other contaminants from the outside system.
3#: Could produce higher concentration ozone gas.
Application Standard:
Ozone concentration use on Space purifier, equipment, Container disinfection, fresh keeping, odour removal (1PPM=2.14mgL);
1#: Provisions of China's Ministry of health in 1979 formulated the "industrial hygiene standards", safety standard for ozone is 0.15ppm.
2#: The United States standards, staff can work 8 hours at a concentration of 0.1ppm. (General forest area of ozone concentration reached 0.1ppm)
3#: The provisions of the International Ozone Association, the professional application of ozone in indoor, concentration of 0.1ppm, allowed to work 10 hours
4#: The concentration of 0.5-1ppm caused staff reaction, allows the contact time is 1.5 hours, will feel dry and discomfort if contacted for a long time
5#:1-4ppm of concentration will cause people cough, allows the contacting time of 1 hours.
6#: 4-10ppm of concentration will cause the strong cough, allows the contacting time of 20 minutes
7#: The half -life of Ozone is 20-50 minutes. Break down to be oxygen finally. So there are will be no any residual or contamination for food.
8#: Practice has proved that to use ozone for disinfection, mold for many years. There are no any equipment or material damages to be found.
At present in the world, pure water, natural water (mountain spring water, mineral water, groundwater is filtered and other steps), has been widely adopted ozone gas for disinfection. In tap water purification, the international standard for 0.4mg/L dissolve degrees for 4 minutes, the CT value is 1.6. The reference value as following:
