Flotation Machine
Flotation Machine:
Gold Ore and copper ore Flotation Machine can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.
Working principle of Flotation Machine:
The Flotation Machine was driven by the motor with the working of impeller rotation, and then produces the centrifugal effect, and form the negative pressure. On one hand, absorbing enough air to mix with the pulp; on the other hand, stirring the mixture of pulp and drugs, in the meanwhile, refining bubble, make the mineral adsorbed on bubbles, float to the pulp surface and form the mineralized bubble . Adjust the flashboard height, control the pulp surface, make the foam scraped by the scraping plate.
Flotation machine the advantages: The air input and the productivity are big; its structure is simple, thus the service is convenient; the impeller and the lap are composed of the wear-resisting rubber, which may carry on the design according to the user.
