Introduction of XBM Rotary Kiln: |
Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.
Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
Working Principle of XBM Rotary Kiln: |
- With a certain slope to the level, the whole lime rotary kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
- Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
- The lime rotary kiln head adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliability of sealing could be ensured.

Structures of XBM Rotary Kiln: |
Rotary kiln is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gears etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material raising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.

Application of XBM Rotary Kiln: |
1) Rotary kiln is the Thermal Equipment, heating materials, in cement industry for calcining clinker.
2) It is also used in various industries, such as cement, nonferrous metallurgy, ferrous metallurgy, chemistry, building, refractory material, environmental protection, etc.
