  Flotation  separator machine has been developed to combine the benefits of the circular cell concept with the unique features of the DV mechanism to create the ideal conditions to maximize flotation performance for roughing, scavenging, and cleaning duties. Maximum flotation recovery and performance have been achieved by careful attention to tank design.

When the SF Flotation  Separator Machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with chemicals, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed.The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped from the loam board.The impellers and stators should be kept at a distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.The pricise inclination in order that the SF Flotation Machine work smoothly.
