Introduction of XBM Raymond Grinding Mill: |
Raymond grinding mill is suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Moh’s hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%, it is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 50 and 325 mesh (315-45 micron). Examples of processing materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal and other materials, total about 400 kinds of materials.
Working Principle of XBM Raymond Grinding Mill: |
In the micro-power grinding room, the rollers hanged on the roller lifting frame,which is fixed with the main shaft and the scraper knife.the pressure spring press on the outer of the cantilever by tension rod,with the cross arm shaft as the supporting point.let roller tightly press on the inner surface of the ring.
When the motor moved with equipment,the scraper knife on the scraper frame moved with the roller at the same time.as the roller moved on the inner sphere surface and moved itself.analyzer let the analyzer runner rotated by motor equipments,and the power fineness depend on the speed adjustment of the analyzer. Structure of XBM Raymond Grinding Mill: |
1.The Raymond grinding mill structure is mainly composed of host, analyzer, fan, finished cyclone separator, plumbing installation and motor etc.
2.The mainframe consists of rack, air inlet volute, blade, roll grinding, grinding central, shell and motor.
3. The auxiliary equipment include jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and control cabinet. Customers are able to choose flexibly according to the real situation.
