Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm, rubber is from Voith or StoweWoodward
Shaft head: 45# round steel, Bulkhead: HT250
Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.
We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roller.
After shaft head installed, we will do dynamic balance again. The dynamic balance will be G1.6
Wire section: breast roll,forwarding roll,guide roll
Press section: blind drill press roll,plain press roll,grooved roll,stonite roll,felt guide roll,expander roll
Dryer section: guide roll for drying screen or wide felt,pick-up roll
Others: calender roll,bow roll,spool,couch roll,back roll,sizing roll,holy roll
Export standard wooden case or iron case, depended on specific conditions.
