Face length: 3000-8000mm
1.Material: alloy cast iron HT300
2.Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm. And the rubber is
provided by STOWE and VOITH.
3.Shaft head: 40 CrMo, 42CrMo, Casting steel journal or foring journal
4.Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
5.And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.
6.And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance.
The max dynamic balance will be G1.6

Jumbo press roller will be packed in wooden case or iron case, depended on specific conditions or customer's requirement.
