The difference between CS2671A/B and CS2671AX/BX:

1. Time display

Three digital tubes display, the maximum test time can be up to 999s, the minimum time is 0.1s.

2. Time pre-set

For CS267Xseries, press the up or down key to increase or decrease the time pre-set value; Press the up to key increase the pre-set time; press the down key to decrease the pre-set time. If the pre-set time is set 0, the tester will continuously do the high voltage test unless the stop key is pressed or the testing leak current is more than the pre-set leak current. While CS267 series need to press the time dial.

3. Time count method

For CS267X series hipot tester, if the time pre-set is set to 0, the tester will count up the test time; if the test time is not set to 0, then the tester will count down the time. (For example, if the test time is set to 60s, then the tester will do the test until the time is count down to 0)

For CS267 series hipot tester, if the timer switch is off, the tester will not count the test time.

4. The output high-voltage indicator

For CS267Xseries hipot tester, there is a danger indicator on the front panel. The high voltage indicator will light as long as there is high voltage in the high voltage output terminal. The indicator is not controled by the main circuit, which protect the operator.

5. PLC interface

9-pin PLC interface, can control the test, reset, under testing, fail(alarm), pass signal remotely. The contact signal is stable and easy to capture. The previous CS267series PLC signal is pulse signal(Pass), is difficult to capture the PASS signal.
