 PVA fiber introduction:

 

 

PVA fiber is short for polyvinyl alcohol fiber. With polyvinyl alcohol as its raw material, PVA fiber is a high strength and modulus fiber produced by a special process. It has advantage of high strength, high modulus, low elongation, good dispersing, acid and alkali resistance, wear-resistance, UV resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has good combination with cement, thus it can be used as all types of reinforcing materials. Now it is widely used in many construction field, such as dam of water project and hydraulic power, basement, harbour engineering, concrete slab and so on.

Use instruction:

 

1. Mixing amount: Only one-fifth of asbestos.

 

2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate.

 

  For cement concrete: crushed stones, fibers, cement and sand are put into the blender 

  and stir for 30 seconds, then put water and stir for 1 minute.

 

  For  asphalt concrete: Put crushed stones, sand and fibers into the blender and stir for 20

 seconds. Then put the asphalt and stir up. The total time of stirring is not less than 60 seconds.
