A: Enable SIM card GPRS function.
2. Why GPRS function of tracker is turned off ?
A: Turn on GPRS function of tracker.
3. Incorrect IP address or PORT
A: Get the right IP address and PORT and reset to tracker.
4. Why GSM signal is weak?
A: Move the tracker to a location with good GSM reception.
