MODE OF EXTRACION-
Fennel oil is extracted by the mode of steam distillation.
USES-
Fennel oil not only improves digestion but also reduces bad breath and body odor that originates in the intestines. Fennel also acts as an excellent digestive aid to relieve abdominal cramps, gas and bloating. Fennel also calms the dry, hacking cough of bronchitis. It has a balancing effect on the female reproductive system and increases the flow of body energy.

Not only does it act as tonic for the liver kidney and spleen but also to reduce cellulite as well as easing constipation and flatulence.
