Product Description:
Reciprocating type automatic numerical control sprayer suitable for board type furniture, executive desk, wood line, cabinet door, decorative door, fire-proofing board, calcium silicate board, plastic board, glass, leather, artificial stone, stainless steel and so on. Continuous automatic painting is provided for PU, water base, fluorocarbon, and UV paint.
Features:
1,The production line is compose of one each dust removed machine, reciprocating type full-automatic sprayer, leveling drying machine and two conveyer.
Dust extraction during loading transport and paint drying equipment are provided to shorten the paint drying period and improve efficiency.
2,Spray gun bearing adopt two-way two group mode and preset 4 plus 4 spray gun system to ensure all angles are painted effectively.
3, Spray gun system use eight French Kremlin pressure mixed gas gun and a piston pump oil injection system.
4,The spray actuating device is drove by Japanese servo motor accurately to guarantee the painting accuracy.
5,An American BRANA light curtains scanning system is provide in the loading enter of spray painting room in order to scan the work-piece’s shape and size. Then the PLC controller can receive the work-piece’s signal and start spray painting to save paint.
6,Operator can set the painting parameter thorough the touch screen, meanwhile the working state of the machine is displayed in the screen to let the operator knowing the process clearly.
7,The circulation loop pipeline design ensures the stable pressure in spray gun and the paint flow is adjusted by the air-vent valve.
8,The air intake of double filtration devices make the air clean, the filtration devices in exhaust pipe make the paint aerosol being filtered clean.
9,The standard devices of the machine are eight original French KREMLIN medium pressure mix gas gun and a piston pump system. German WALTHER low pressure high atomization spray gun and French LERMLIN high pressure airless spray gun can be both used as automatic spray gun. The medium pressure mix gas gun meets most paints’ requirements, especially the solid color paint and the high demand painting effect, and save paint in a large extent, reduce paint aerosol rebounding and increase efficiency.
